The Zapruder Film: Reframing Jfk

He is risen indeed my love and my Hope!

"The disciples were filled with joy ..." sing every day at Vespers responsory Easter Time. And the reason for such joy is always: "to see the Lord ", seeing the risen Master . This joy

gives you the whole Christian community, the liturgical assembly gathered for the celebration of the Passover of the Lord, every day, every Sunday on a particular version, the whole Church -
"Your Church exultant joy. " In prayer
offerings on the Liturgy and not afraid to present the Church as a reality and to present this, not only as a wish and prayer. The joy is overwhelming as the attribute which is inseparable feature of the Church, at one with his name. Always and especially at Easter long in fifty days culminating with the full outpouring of the Holy Spirit .

In the opening prayer, in a different way as expressed in prayer over the gifts, the joy and exultation displayed as a gift to the liturgy invokes and calls the Father of all good:
"Thy people, Lord, rejoice always ... " and justification of this joy, this joy is boundless as the realization of it has already produced the resurrection of Jesus Christ:
" to be refreshed and rejuvenated in spirit .... "

Exactly what befell the disciples of Emmaus .
;

The encounter with the risen Master , listening to his word that produces 'fire'
- "not our hearts burn while he talked on the way?" - to see him make the familiar gestures of blessing and breaking bread , produce the miracle, the eruption of joy and exultation , rejuvenates and gives wings to step foot in a hurry to return to Jerusalem and share with irrepressible joy brothers 'knowing', having experienced the Lord is alive.

His presence, invisible now, once again inflamed the heart. Comment

C. Urtasun: "We owe to St. Athanasius that immortal phrase, referring to the resurrection of the Lord: " risen Christ becomes man's life in a continual feast ". Following step by step, day by day, week after week, the celebrations of the paschal mystery, one is deeply won by the tone of irrepressible optimism that go beyond the texts of liturgical celebrations (...).

This 'climate' is seen, dramatically, in the texts of the prayers on Sunday. So vibrant in the collection, overflowing joy, joy, happiness, optimism, seeing the soul was rejuvenated by the irrepressible resurrection of Him who has risen "
(The prayers of the Missal, a school of spirituality Church, p. 263).

With the confidence and assurance that the gift of the Spirit wants exultant joy poured out even today on every believer, in response to the intercession of the Church at prayer, also I sing

"Protect, God, whom I take refuge in you
I say to the Lord: "You are my love.."
The Lord is my allotted portion and my cup;
my fate is in your hand.

bless the Lord who counsels me,
even at night directs me internally.
I have always set the Lord
with him on my right did not hesitate. "

why is my heart glad,
my heart rejoice,
and my flesh lies serene. Because
not abandon me to death,
nor let your faithful see corruption.

show me the path of life,
fill me with joy in your presence,
of everlasting joy to your right. "
